Pesikta Rabbati of Rav Kahana
Contains various midrashim on the Torah with four commentaries:
• A) A simple and concise commentary to explain the text of the Pesikta and to emend it from textual errors.
• B) A lengthy commentary to determine the correct textual reading after comparison with the words of our Sages of blessed memory in other places, and to clarify puzzling statements of our Sages by revealing their source, showing that they originated from the Pesikta. These two commentaries were authored by the genius, the light of the entire diaspora, Rabbi Ephraim Zalman Margoliot.
• C) Emendations and commentary by the genius, Rabbi Zeev Wolf of Vilna.
• D) Commentary and emendations by the genius, Rabbi David Luria, may his merit protect us.
And now reprinted anew with the utmost beauty and enhancement, featuring notes by the genius Rabbi, Rabbi Yeruham Leiner, may he live a long and good life, the Admor (Chassidic Rebbe) of Radzyn.
