This book is one of the kind , it was collected and printed by (hanholos) the administration of the Yeshivos Tomchei Temimim in Israel in 1983 (תשמ”ג) towards the Lubavicher Rebbe’s 80th birthday. The book never went to the stores and was distributed among the students. HaTamim, Vol. 1, p. 23. The name Tomchei Temimim is based on a phrase from one of the hymns recited during the Hakkafos on Simchas Torah, which praises G‑d as Tomech temimim — “Supporter of the sincere ones” (Siddur, p. 387).
